After 47 years of continuous practice, Scott transitioned in August 2025 from full-time private practice to a semi-retired status. He remains actively engaged in the legal profession through bar association leadership, continuing legal education instruction, legal writing, and pro bono representation. Scott continues to represent clients selectively in matters requiring seasoned litigation judgment and experience.
